Metering Update: After a meeting with our metering provider this morning, we have begun restoring parts of our metering software. This should allow us to resume reconnects and remotely start service for new customers. Discussions with our metering provider show that the issue may have come from unexpected changes to our software. We are diligently working to restore all services regarding the meters. We estimate that disconnects will resume on Friday, July 10th. Thank you for your patience.
