Electric Service Schedule
Residential (RS)
Rate effective for bills rendered on and after October 1, 2020
General Purpose Residential Service
Availability
For residential service to single family residences or individual family apartments supplied through one meter, including incidental family use on the appurtenant premises. Service is for the use of the customer and may not be shared and may not be resold to others.
Character of Service
Service will normally be single-phase, 60 hertz, at approximately 120/240 Volts or at such other
voltages as may be adopted by the Department.
Net Monthly Rate

| Energy Charge: (All per kWh) | $0.09431 |
Except: The first 500 kWh will be charged at $0.08863 for customers who qualify as low income electricity customers according to the State of Arkansas Act 120 of 1983.
Billing Amount
The billing amount will be the amount above, plus all riders times the billed energy.
Adjustment Riders
This rate tariff will be subject to all adjustment riders.
Service Regulations
Service under this schedule is subject to NLRED’s Service Rules and Regulations, as they are now or changed in the future.
