NLRED Service/Dispatch division consists of highly experienced Distribution Operators and Lineman. Their primary tasks include performing system maintenance, correcting minor power distribution interruptions, and following up on potential safety issues, such as downed lines. They perform work on equipment owned and maintained by the Electric Department, as shown in the diagram. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
