North Little Rock Electric’s Outage Management System alerts our dispatchers within moments of a customer’s outage. Using state-of-the-art monitoring software and smart meters, most outages are reported automatically, helping reduce the need for customers to report their loss of power.
During an outage, just visit our Outage Map and you will see all the current customers without power. The Outage Map also lists all streets affected by the outage as well as the current duration of that outage.

Even with our smart meter technology that allows us to know the moment you lose power, some customers still prefer to report their outage to us. No problem!! We have now made it easier to report outages through NLR Electric’s My Account.
