North Little Rock Electric works hard to prevent power outages, but if one does occur, our goal is to restore power to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. Soon, we will be launching our new Outage Texting and Notifications program.  Customers will be able to text us when they lose power and receive updates throughout the restoration process.  To ensure this program is a success, we are asking all North Little Rock Electric customers to update their accounts with their current phone number.
