We have had several reports from our customers about not receiving their electric bill or receiving the bill late. NLR Electric has tracked the bills with the US Postal Service and found that some of the mail has been delayed due to the holidays, Covid-19 and the Postal Service being short on staff.

Late fees will be reviewed and waived on bills not received in a timely manner.  You can contact Customer Service if you feel that you did not have adequate time to pay your bill at custserv@nlr.ar.gov.
