There have been reports of customers receiving scam calls stating that North Little Rock Electric is updating our payment system and requesting that they verify their payment information over the phone. Please do not share any of your personal information. North Little Rock Electric will never ask for your payment information over the phone. Remember that if a call feels off, you can always hang up and call our Customer Service Team at 501-975-8888 to check if it is legit. If you believe you have been affected, please contact local law enforcement.

Scam Alert: 2/2/2025

This morning, a customer reported a scam to our Customer Service team. The scammer called with a local number and stated they were with NLR Electric. They requested the customer’s account information and banking information to process a refund. North Little Rock Electric will never call to request this information. If you believe you have been affected by this scam, please notify local law enforcement.
