All of our payment options offer no fees! We recommend paying through the website, mobile app, phone, or MoneyGram if you need the funds to be immediately applied to your account balance. Using the mail option will require extra time to allow for delivery.

You can pay your bill 24 Hours a day over the phone using your checking account, debit card, or credit card.
NLR Electric has partnered with MoneyGram to increase the number of locations and hours of operation available for you to pay your electric bill. There is no fee for using this service for paying your NLR Electric bill.
Here’s how to pay with MoneyGram:
- Find a MoneyGram location that accepts bill payments, such as Walmart.
- Bring the following:
- Enough cash for the electric bill
- NLR Electric account number
- Receive Code: 19020 will display as North Little Rock Electric Department
We still accept checks and money orders sent through the United States Postal Service. Just remember, if you are needing to make a payment by a certain date, please allow for the extra delivery time.

Notice on Third-Party Payment
Third-party payment services can pay your bill, but it’s better to pay at the source with no fees! When using these options, money is sent to the third party and forwarded to NLR Electric. These services usually come with fees and processing times that can make a difference in when your payment is received. Third-party payment methods will result in delayed payments and delayed reconnections.
